About

The Studio Guild is a collaborative, sustainable office space on 27th Street & Broadway, in the heart of New York City. We are often looking for new tenants. If you are looking for somewhere to work, drop us a line on our Work Here page.

Our approximately 35 tenants — architects, designers, filmmakers, creatives, technologists, and social change makers — occupy three floors of a sunny, historic building. Most of us are freelancers or small organizations who need an inexpensive, productive place to work, without the stiffness of an “executive office suite” or the hassle of setting up our own office. We’re hardworking but friendly, we share ideas, resources and referrals, and we have great parties.

The Guild rents out space in roughly 7′ x 8′ desk areas, and we also have a few enclosed offices. Each desk area costs $475 / month, and offices range from $900 to $1500. That price includes everything you need to start working immediately — rent, utilities, high speed web, cleaning service, furniture, conference rooms and kitchen. We don’t believe in add-on fees. Leases are all month to month.

On the open floors, desk areas are separated by low, hand-crafted dividers which can be moved anywhere to suit you needs. You can section off an area for privacy, group two or three desks together, or leave the floor totally open. Very flexible.

There are two conference rooms and a shared kitchen, available to all tenants. We have 24 / 7 access to the building. The neighborhood is very central, with great lunch spots and outdoor spaces nearby.
